Jay leads the .NET development team at Programming People. He has more than 5 years industry experience in software architectural design, development and roll out of complex applications. He has played a pivotal role in the entire software development cycle, right from gathering requirements to deployment & support activities.

A commerce graduate from Saurastra University, he is an ‘A LEVEL’ certified professional by DOEACC. Further, he also holds a HDCA certification from Tata Infotech. A self starter and highly passionate person, he is a mentor to the team for both technical & business related issues.



Maulik Rajpara (PHP Head)

Maulik has close to 5 years experience as a Project Manager and currently leads the team of PHP programmers. He has an extensive insight & understanding of PHP, Smarty, JSON and other open source technologies. With his ideal mix of technology & business acumen, He has been able to retain many of our clientele.

Maulik is a first class, B.Tech graduate from Nirma College and is a highly organized professional with great team management skills.

Parthiv Jani (Java Dept Head)

A highly result driven professional, Parthiv manages the Java development team of Programming People. He has a proven experience of 5 years in driving complex and multisite project initiatives. A thorough professional, he has a rich expertise of technologies such as JSP, J2EE, JSTL on Spring and Struts platforms.

Parthiv holds a Masters degree in Computer Application from Bangalore University. He is an avid contributor of ideas for maximizing productivity levels while maintaining team cohesiveness.



Mitul.J.Thakar (Oracle Head)

Mitul has been associated with Aegis for the past 2 years and has a total of 4 years industry experience. He has been involved in the data warehousing, designing and implementation of applications on databases such as Oracle and MSSQL Server. Besides this, he has successfully undertaken data modeling projects and report creation using Crystal Reports.

He has a Masters degree in Computer Application from IGNOU. Mitul has also actively participated in creating strategic models for our client base for major business initiatives.
